According to elvish myths the god Tarther was jealous of this creation and so stole the secrets to create sentient life and fashioned his own race, humanity. The great moon goddess Karaura was the first to do so, and gave birth to the immortal race of elves, the first great civilized people on the planet. Titanic conflicts scoured and altered the landscape, and from these conflicts the drops of divine blood fell onto the world, and became the race of demons, living manifestations of rage, anger, and conflict.Įventually, different races were created or altered by the gods, to serve as their instruments upon Oldani. Accounts and myths vary, but generally it can be assumed that different divine fought to shape the planet into their own liking. ![]() The divine spent a long time shaping the world of Oldani, but quickly came into conflict with each other. From the core of the singularity a great star was born, and the most powerful aspects of the singularity's mind became the new gods of the new planet. This conflict led to the Great Creation, as suddenly all of reality was blown out and the universe itself was born. This singularity was, to some extent, alive and self-conscious, and desiring to "know itself" the center of the universe divided itself, several different consciousness emerging and fighting with each other. In the beginning the universe was only contained into the singularity, a single speck containing all of reality. The lore that is about to be told will make everything about the Warlords series alot more understandable and how almost everything came to be.Įach culture and race within Beneril has its own take on the creation of the world and wider cosmos, but surprisingly there appears to be a sort of monomyth when one bothers to look hard enough. Warlords 2: Rise of Demons also has better graphics than the two previous games. ![]() Warlords 2 should be called Warlords 3: Rise of Demons considering the game was made two years after Warlords Heroes, although the Warlords 2 game has the same style as Warlords 1, while Warlords Heroes is a different style altogether, apart from taking place in Beneril. Special Attacks have been added as well as the mage being even more useful than before. Warlords 2 also features more units, with them being siege units, which were added due to the fact that you can now siege castles too. ![]() The third game offers more of a variety in races, as you can unlock a secret race besides the demons by using three races of any kind. Warlords 2 has a higher player count than both Warlords 1 and Warlords Heroes combined, with it received a total of 14 million plays. The third game in the series, Warlords 2: Rise of Demons, was much more popular than Warlords 1 and Warlords Heroes, although despite having a bit of a lower rating than Warlords 1, 87, but has a higher rating then Warlords Heroes. It is still in the series however, because the game is called Warlords Heroes, and the game is set in the world of Beneril, the world of Warlords 1. Also, Warlords Heroes could be considered a spin off of the main series because it's not really focused on conquering races, but rather has the same style as the game Achilles. The second game, Warlords Heroes, didn't do as well as Warlords 1 rating (Rating is 8.3 or 83) or player wise (3 Million+ plays), but it's still considered a pretty good game to alot of people. The first game of the series: Warlords: Call to Arms, did very well on Armor Games, receiving a 90 rating and getting over 9 million+ plays. Warlords is a series of Strategy War games developed by Ben Olding, involving you controlling any race in the game and conquering all others.
